Things are ... different.
Yesterday was the first day of my communications class, and as the professor was going over the syllabus, she mentioned that we had to give a “15-20 minute presentation.”
In China, I had never given a presentation, let alone a 15-20 minute one. So back then, when I found out that’s how our independent study had to be presented, of course I thought, “15-20 minute...

First Day of Junior Year.
I came back from China 3 days ago, and I honestly thought today was Monday.
Imagine my surprise at noon when my friend mentioned it was Thursday. Not just a “regular Thursday”, but the “okay, so here’s your chance to take all the classes you want Thursday because all the classes you want to take all take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays Thursday.”
So today ended up...

Tell the world I'm coming home.
How on earth did 8 months go by so fast?
As my parents were driving me home, I felt like I wasn’t gone for half a year. But I was. And so many things happened overseas. I’ve learned so much about myself, and I think that was the most important thing. I’m so happy to be home: Verizon Fios, my clothes that I bought before I left, and a freaking new Dunkin’ Donuts. Of course...

Day 36. 第三十六天。
It keeps getting better.
So today after my horrible oral exam, I decided to do what I do best (or at least I’d like to think so LOL):
SHOPPINGGGGG!
I bought two more longchamps:
For $5. You know it! Where? (I figured out NOW that I should really include places that I go to. LOLOLOL.)

Day 35. 第三十五天。
WHEEEEE! Considering that this is finals week, me being happy is rare.
Just kidding. (Not really)
So I just came back from lunch with all the new teachers of fourth year, and it was so much fun! Granted, they only get 40minutes to eat (can you believe that? so china.), but it was still enjoyable, considering there were 6 of us and the little restaurant didn’t have enough room.
Advice:...

Day 33. 第三十四天。
Legitimately only 4 days left.
I’ve been working since 11AM today, and I’ve finished a PowerPoint presentation about Broadway, NYC (surprise, surprise LOL) for extra credit, and an oral exam response about China’s names and surnames, which is actually interesting. Granted, I was going to write about China’s food and drinks (again, surprise, surprise) — but I decided...

Day 28. 第二十八天。
First official bum weekend of the summer.
Unfortunately, everything good comes with a price.
And this post will be utterly ridiculous. I promised pictures of DaTong, but as it is 3AM already, I will postpone the uploading of those pictures.
During the midnight premiere of Harry Potter 7 Pt 2 (which was AWESOME, BTWS), I noticed that my head started getting hot. Uh-oh. But I ignored it. Second...
